We offer a variety of programs for the whole family so that you can have fun and get active together.
Please note that direct adult supervision from a parent/guardian or other family member is required. To participate in Family Programs all members must have an active YMCA membership.
Walk or run together on our indoor track. Strollers are permitted on the track during Family Track times as long as they are not impacting the experience of other members.
Experience this exciting sport that combines table tennis and badminton using a wooden paddle, wiffle ball and a low net.
Enjoy some open gym time with your family. The space is open and equipment is available for you to use. Borrow our equipment for a mini-soccer game, shoot some hoops, or play a simple game of tag.
Family Fitness includes: Family Zumba®, Family Cyclefit and Family Yoga. These classes are the perfect opportunity to experience your favourite fitness classes together.
This program combines cardio, music and patterns into a fun family workout! Family DrumFIT® is recommended for children 5 years of age and older. For more information about this exciting new class please visit www.drum.fit.
Come out and encourage your child to hop, jump and play during our family bounce time. For this family program, only the child is required to be an active YMCA member.
