YThrive Balance 
• Increase your energy to function better during your everyday activities, while improving muscle tone and flexibility!
• Benefits include a decreased risk of diabetes, stroke and heart disease.
• 30 and 60 day changes to your program with a whole new routine every 90 days.
YThrive Boost
• Improve your body composition, trim inches, and increase your cardiovascular ability, overall strength, and functional flexibility.

• Increase muscular strength and power with a focus on performance gain for the intermediate exerciser.
