There’s strength in numbers at the YMCA! Even though we may need to keep a bit of physical distance from one another right now we are stronger together! Starting July 4, improve your fitness in a motivating group outdoors. You are more likely to achieve your healthy lifestyle choices when you are supported by a group.
We offer outdoor fitness classes for individuals of all fitness abilities including Yoga, HIIT, Total Fit, Athletic Conditioning and more. Work at your own pace and have fun while a certified YMCA Instructor guides you and your group to better health.
