Winter Break Camp is a chance for children ages 5 to 12 to create endless memories. We look forward to helping campers learn and grow as they unplug from screen time to develop new skills, create friendships, explore personal interests, and more.

At the YMCA Day Camp, the core values are the cornerstones of character development. Campers are encouraged to treat one another with dignity and we strive to celebrate positive actions by learning about growth through caring, respect, honesty, responsibility, inclusiveness, health, and advocacy.

Day Camp activities will take place both outdoors and indoors allowing children to participate in a variety of activities.

Please Note:

  • Day Camp locations are subject to change based on site availability with our school and community partners.
  • In order to provide a quality camp program and experience, a session may be canceled due to low registrations. Campers will be offered an alternative camp location, refund or credit.

Limited spaces are available and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If the camp is full you are encouraged to add your child(ren) to the waiting list and you will be contact if a space becomes available.

  • Fees must be set up at the point of registration.

  • Payment can be made:

    • In full at time of registration
    • In full on TBD
    • Split between TBD

  • Our online system accepts:

    • Credit cards: VISA, Mastercard
    • Debit cards: VISA, Mastercard
    • Prepaid cards: VISA, Mastercard
    • Electronic Funds Transfer

  • Please note: If you are in receipt of subsidy you will need to select the option to post-date your payment to TBD to allow administration time to change your payment to reflect your subsidy.

Refunds

  • To avoid charges, cancellation requests must be received by noon on TBD. Refunds will not be issued after TBD at noon.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]

  • Refunds will not be issued if a camper is absent, sent home as a result of their behaviour, if they are ill or if they are directed to isolate/stay home
