The YMCA of Niagara offers a number of Aquatic Group Fitness Classes
Exercise in the water reduces the impact on joints. It is a gentle yet effective way to participate in instruction-based physical activity in a fun environment.

Aquatic fitness includes a cardio, stretching and strength component in the swimming pool. Since exercise in the water reduces the impact on joints, it is a gentle yet effective way to achieve fitness.
Members can choose between Aquafit in the shallow or deep ends, Aquafit in moderation, and Aqua Zumba®.
