Winter Break Camp is a chance for children ages 5 to 12 to create endless memories. We look forward to helping campers learn and grow as they unplug from screen time to develop new skills, create friendships, and explore personal interests and more.

At the YMCA Day Camp, the core values are the cornerstones of character development. Campers are encouraged to treat one another with dignity and we strive to celebrate positive actions by learning about growth through caring, respect, honesty, responsibility, inclusiveness, health and advocacy.

Day Camp activities will take place both outdoors and indoors allowing children to participate in a variety of activities.

Please Note: 

  • Day Camp locations are subject to change based on site availability with our school and community partners.
  • In order to provide a quality camp program and experience, a session may be canceled due to low registrations. Campers will be offered an alternative camp location, refund or credit.

Register online 

Registration will open on November 4 and will remain open until December 20, or when spaces are filled.

Limited spaces are available and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If the camp is full you are encouraged to add your child(ren) to the waiting list and you will be contact if a space becomes available.

  • Fees must be set up at the point of registration.

  • Payment can be made by:

    • In full at time of registration
    • In full on (date coming soon)
    • Split between (dates coming soon)

  • Our online system accepts:

    • Prepaid cards: VISA, Mastercard
    • Electronic Funds Transfer

  • Please note: If you are in receipt of subsidy you will need to post-date your payment to the (date coming soon) option to allow administration time to change your payment to reflect your subsidy.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued if Day Camp is not able to operate as planned as a result of Ministry or Public Health requirements.

  • To avoid charges, cancellation requests must be received by (date coming soon) (by e-mailing [email protected]). Refunds will not be issued after (date coming soon).

  • Refunds will not be issued if a camper is sent home for illness or behaviour, if they are absent from camp, or if they cannot pass the health screening.
