Join us for Winter Break Camp
Fun, safe activities for the holidays
Winter Break Camp 2023-24 allows children 5 to 12 years of age with the opportunity to experience the enjoyment of YMCA Day Camp in a safe environment. Children will have the opportunity to participate in fun camp activities that promote friendships, physical activity, creative games and lasting memories.
Day Camp activities will take place both outdoors and indoors allowing children to participate in a variety of activities.

Schedules and Fees
Camp programming will be offered between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
For your convenience, drop off at each camp site begins at 8:00 a.m. and pick up ends at 5:00 p.m.

Please Note:
- Day Camp locations are subject to change based on site availability with our school and community partners.
- In order to provide a quality camp program and experience, a session may be canceled due to low registrations. Campers will be offered an alternative camp location, refund or credit.
Register online
Registration will open on November 6 and will remain open until December 18, or when spaces are filled.
Limited spaces are available and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If the camp is full you are encouraged to add your child(ren) to the waiting list and you will be contact if a space becomes available.
Register now, pay later
- Fees must be set up at the point of registration
- Payment can be made
- In full at time of registration
- In full by December 8th
- Split between November 24th and December 8th
- Any registrations on or after December 8th must be paid in full

Please note: If you are in receipt of subsidy and registering online, you will need to post-date your payment to December 8 to allow administration to change your payment to reflect your contract.
Refunds
- Full refunds will be issued if Day Camp is not able to operate as planned as a result of Ministry or Public Health requirements
- To avoid charges, cancellation requests must be received by December 7 at 9:00 am (by e-mailing [email protected]). Refunds will not be issued after December 7.
- Refunds will not be issued if a camper is sent home for illness or behaviour, if they are absent from camp, or if they cannot pass the health screening
