Power of Possible is a dynamic pre-employment workshop designed to help you grow your confidence, strengthen your job search skills, and move toward the work that’s right for you. Through a supportive group environment, you’ll build practical tools to stand out to employers and succeed in the workplace.

What the workshop covers

How to prepare for the job

Participants focus on self-discovery and gain a better understanding of the value they bring to the workplace. They also learn job search and networking strategies that can lead to real opportunities.

How to get the job

Participants learn how to create stronger applications, resumes, and cover letters, while building the interview skills needed to stand out and communicate clearly with employers.

How to keep the job

Participants explore workplace communication, conflict resolution, and money management skills that support sustainable employment and long-term success.
