Outdoor Family Day Camp Activities
2-hour programs on Fridays for family members ages 6 years and up
Up to 8 people per household
Our new outdoor family day camp program allows your household to experience YMCA camp activities together. Families sign up for one or multiple programs and select an activity that interests them. Activity options include hiking, outdoor skills, and archery. Our energetic and well-trained YMCA Staff facilitate the programs. Families will participate as a family unit and will not mix with other families.
Programs are open to all family members 6 years of age and older. Parent participation and supervision is required.
Activities are offered rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather and for full participation in activities. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, the program will be rescheduled.
Family activities take place on Fridays for two hours at Fireman’s Park Upper Site in Niagara Falls. At this point of registration, families will select their specific program time.
As this program operates at a YMCA Day Camp site, if you are bringing snacks for your family to consume before or after the program, please ensure they are nut free.
Health Screening required prior to participation for each family member. Masks or appropriate face coverings are mandatory. Physical distancing requirements are in place for individuals not belonging to the same household. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or if you do not clear the health screening.
