Fun, safe activities to keep your child active and engaged over March Break

March Break Camp 2025 will provide children 5 to 12 years of age with a safe, active, outdoor and fun experience during the school break. Children will have the opportunity to participate in fun camp activities that promote friendships, physical activity, creativity and lasting memories.

Day Camp activities will take place both outdoors and indoors allowing children to participate in a variety of activities.

Camp Locations

Schedule and Fees

  • Dates: Monday, March 10 to Friday, March 14

  • Fee: $240

Register online

Registration will open on January 24 at noon and will remain open until February 28, or when spaces are filled.

Limited spaces are available and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If the camp is full you are encouraged to add your child(ren) to the waiting list and you will be contacted if a space becomes available.

Register now, pay later

  • Fees must be set up at the point of registration.

  • Payment can be made:

    • In full at time of registration
    • In full by February 21, 2025
    • Split between February 7 and February 21, 2025

    Any registrations on or after February 21 must be paid in full

  • Our online system accepts:

    • Prepaid cards: VISA, Mastercard
    • Electronic Funds Transfer

  • Please note: If you are in receipt of subsidy and registering online, you will need to post-date your payment to February 21 to allow administration to change your payment to reflect your contract.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued if Day Camp is not able to operate as planned as a result of Ministry or Public Health requirements.

  • To avoid charges, cancellation requests must be received by February 21 at noon (by e-mailing [email protected]). Refunds will not be issued after February 21 at noon.

  • Refunds will not be issued if a camper is sent home for illness or behaviour, if they are absent from camp, or if they cannot pass the health screening.
