The YMCA can help cover some of the cost of your lifeguard or swim instructor training through the Making Waves bursary.

Financial assistance is available to families who qualify through the Niagara Region.
A YMCA camp administrator will review your registration and confirm it aligns with your subsidy approval. If not, payments will be processed as scheduled. Parental contributions can be specified during registration.
If your child requires additional support: Approval must be received from the Niagara Region. Learn more about Helping Hands here.
