Chief Executive Officer
Christian Wulff serves as Chief Executive Officer of the YMCA of Niagara, bringing extensive experience from YMCAs across Canada and international fitness centres. As a collaborative leader, he is passionate about empowering the YMCA’s staff team to forge connections, amplify voices, and elevate the potential of individuals and families across the Niagara community.
Andrea Vlasata
Chief Financial Officer
Andrea Vlasata became Chief Financial Officer of the YMCA of Niagara in July 2024, overseeing Finance, IT, HR, and Payroll. With a background in Healthcare Administration, Andrea is passionate about leveraging technology, streamlining processes, and ensuring teams have the right information at the right time to drive meaningful impact across Niagara.
Deanna D’Elia
Chief Operations Officer
Deanna D’Elia is Chief Operations Officer of the YMCA of Niagara, guiding several of the association’s key centres of impact. A longstanding YMCA leader, Deanna helped establish the Employment and Newcomer Services portfolio and has consistently championed community partnerships, secured vital funding, and inspired teams to create inclusive, high-impact programming across Niagara.
