Partnership Powers Annual Stamford Kiwanis YMCA of Niagara Golf Classic

More than a golf tournament, the annual event brings together community partners committed to creating opportunities for children, youth, and families across Niagara.

Niagara Falls, ON, August 11, 2026 — One service club. One charity. One community-minded financial institution. Together, they showed what is possible when organizations unite around a shared purpose.

More than 120 golfers joined volunteers, sponsors, and local partners for the Stamford Kiwanis YMCA of Niagara Golf Classic, powered by returning Title Sponsor FirstOntario Credit Union. The annual tournament supports YMCA of Niagara programs and Stamford Kiwanis initiatives that remove barriers, expand access, and strengthen communities across Niagara.

The tournament continues to demonstrate the power of partnership. By bringing together the Stamford Kiwanis Club, YMCA of Niagara, FirstOntario Credit Union, local businesses, volunteers, and community members, the event has become more than a fundraiser. It’s a reflection of what happens when organizations with different strengths invest in a stronger Niagara.

Throughout the day, participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf, friendly competition, on-course contests, sponsor activations, and an evening celebration, all while supporting a commitment to strengthening the region we call home.
