Gen Squared
At Niagara West YMCA
Gen Squared is a free program for adults aged 55+ that brings people together through light fitness, arts and crafts, digital mentorship, and social connection. In partnership with The Volunteer Well, participants can enjoy engaging activities, refreshments, and meaningful connections with youth volunteers. Join us most Thursdays this July and August at the Niagara West YMCA in Grimsby.
Brain Health Workshops
In Partnership with Baycrest Academy for Research and Education
The YMCA of Niagara is partnering with Baycrest Academy for Research and Education to offer free Brain Health Workshops in Niagara.
These workshops explore practical ways to support brain health, memory, and healthy aging. Participants will receive evidence-based resources and learn strategies that can support overall wellness and dementia risk reduction.
