With a focus on strength, endurance and flexibility, this program will enhance physical literacy; increasing body awareness, balance, coordination, and concentration. Incorporating music and stories will spark imagination. YMCA Kid Fit Yoga helps to increase self-awareness, body control, and boost self-esteem.

Winter program registration will open at noon on Monday, December 9th.
The Kid Fit Winter session starts the week of Monday, January 13th.
