With a focus on strength, endurance and flexibility, this program will enhance physical literacy; increasing body awareness, balance, coordination, and concentration. Incorporating music and stories will spark imagination. YMCA Kid Fit Yoga helps to increase self-awareness, body control, and boost self-esteem.

Fall program registration will open at noon on Monday, September 9th. 
The Kid Fit Fall session starts the week of Monday, September 30th.
