This circuit based program will focus on cardiovascular endurance and strength. Obstacle courses allow children to engage in activities that help improve their hearts and lungs. These fun circuits are designed to enhance fundamental movement skills and improve stamina. In a setting where play is encouraged, the YMCA Kid Fit Cardio program sets the tone for an active, healthy lifestyle.
