Yoga for Peace – YMCA Peace Week
Yoga for Peace is a group fitness class experience that is being offered in 6 locations across Niagara as part of YMCA Peace Week. Yoga is an innately peaceful activity. The goal of yoga is to encompass the overall essence of peace and incorporate spirit, mind and body into each class.
Yoga for Peace is open to all community members, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Yoga for Peace is designed for participants 13 years of age and older. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
