Each Of You Will Play A Critical Role
One thing I’ve learned in isolation:

“…”

Something I want to tell staff:

“We miss you! I am sure we will see the other side of this and when we do, our community will need us like never before; and each of you will play a critical role in helping us build up our community! We got this!”

A perspective on what I have learned from the network:

“…”

An update on business:

“With some of our programs such as Child Care and Employment/Immigrant Services being deemed ‘essential’ by the province, we continue to work with families, clients and the community at large. Where possible, we have moved to a modified service model. We are communicating with the broader community virtually, over e-mail, phone or text. A broad communication has also gone out to all key donors and Heritage Club Members to ensure we are staying connected. Once all operations re-open, camp will be hitting the road running and we are doing what we can to build readiness. We are currently working through virtual hiring with senior staff and returning staff. We are staying in touch with our funders and we look forward to welcoming all families and staff back into our programs.”

Personal reflection:
